Yonkisey Pic Jumeaux Chardonnay 2023

Grapes are whole bunch pressed, barrel fermented with wild yeast and aged 11 months in old oak.

The wine was bottled in a slightly reduced state, so the aroma and flavor show better with some time in glass

 It has a rich flavor typical of Chardonnay and a clean acidity that reflects the cool climate.
