Kusunoki Winery Sauvignon Blanc 2022

After harvesting, the Sauvignon Blanc is skin-contacted (soaked in juice) for a few hours, and the sediment is removed and the clean juice is fermented in tanks.
After bottling, it is aged for one year, and you can feel the unique characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc, reminiscent of citrus peel and passion fruit.
