The Kyoho goes through 2 weeks whole bunch MC. The wine goes through constant punching down to give the wine body and texture due to Kyoho's inherent low tannin content.

The inspiration for this wine is a carbonic maceration style Gamay. The result is something completely unique with great aroma and superior quaffability.
