Honma Hiroyasu and Honma Maki are a husband and wife duo who have visited wineries and fell in love with the process of of making wine, they left their jobs at a hospital and ended up pursuing this dream, hence the reason for the wineries first name "Le Reve".

Now that the winery they have created has begun to establish, they changed the winery's name to Domaine Bless as their dream has been fulfilled and that they have been blessed with this life.

After two years of contracted brewing at 10R Winery from 2018, they started our own brewing in 2020. Committing themselves to making uncompromising wines, focusing on Alsace blended wines and using natural yeast brewing. Their wines are special drops that harmonize Hokkaido's climate with sincere handiwork.

They grow 12 different grape varieties

Red: Pinot Noir, Meunier, Dornfelder and Merlot

White: Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Traminer and Pinot Blanc
