"A vineyard isn't grown in a year"
Bonjour Farm obtained a fruit liquor production license in March 2021.
They have now embarked on a new journey as "Bonjour Farm Brewery."
The 2021 vintage will be the first to be brewed in-house.
The company's representative, Yasushi Minowa, has been a doctor and has supported medical care in Japan for a long time.
He aspires to make his own wine, utilizing the knowledge and experience he has gained as a wine lover.
We started growing wine grapes in Nagano Prefecture in 2008, and in 2010
They produce their own brand of wine through contract brewing.
The fields are located in the Kurakake and Nezu areas of Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture.
The gentle south-facing slope is blessed with sunlight and good drainage, making it ideal for growing wine grapes.
The geology and soil vary from plot to plot, and the rich diversity is one of the great attractions of Bonjour Farm.
The current cultivated area is approximately 2.0 ha, and the grape varieties are Pinot Noir planted with Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Blanc, Meunier and Gamay.
We respect Burgundy and Champagne and deliver wine made with passion from Nagano.
